Agreement to these terms

By accessing or using the MRO Supply Chain Matters (MSCM) website, creating a community account, submitting forms, downloading resources, participating in the benchmark, or registering for MSCM events, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use the site or community services.

About MSCM

MSCM is a professional community for supply chain professionals working in IBM Maximo and related MRO supply chain environments. The site provides educational resources, benchmarking tools, events, and membership features intended for professional peer learning.

MSCM content is provided for general professional education and community discussion. It is not legal, financial, procurement, IT, or implementation advice for your organization.

Community membership

MSCM offers community membership at no charge, subject to approval and account rules managed through our membership platform. You agree to provide accurate registration information, maintain the security of your login credentials, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.

MSCM may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create security risk, or misuse community services.

Member profiles

You may update profile information such as your name, title, organization, LinkedIn profile URL, and areas of interest. You agree not to impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation, role, or employer.

MSCM may display profile information to other signed-in members where community profile features are enabled.

Acceptable use

You agree to use MSCM for lawful, professional community purposes. You may not attempt unauthorized access, scrape the site at scale, interfere with site operation, upload malware, harass other members, or post content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or infringing.

You may not use MSCM to send spam, solicit members in bulk without permission, or redistribute gated member materials outside permitted personal professional use.

Forms, newsletter, and communications

When you submit a contact form, subscribe to the MSCM Executive Report, register event interest, or apply for conference or Advisory Council opportunities, you agree that MSCM may use the information you provide to respond, evaluate your request, and communicate with you about MSCM programs.

Email subscriptions remain subject to your opt-in choices and applicable unsubscribe options.

Resources, downloads, and benchmark

Presentations, white papers, benchmark tools, and other resources are provided for professional learning within the MSCM community. Access to some materials requires membership or sign-in.

You are responsible for how you apply community resources within your organization. Benchmark results provided to you reflect your submitted responses and MSCM’s scoring methodology at the time of completion.

Events and registrations

Webinars, roundtables, and conference programs may have additional registration terms, attendance rules, or session policies. MSCM may modify event schedules, speakers, formats, or access requirements when necessary.

Registration information may be used to manage attendance, send event communications, and improve future programming.

Community content and intellectual property

MSCM branding, site design, original community materials, and curated resource packaging are owned by MSCM or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

Member-submitted content remains your responsibility. By submitting content or applications through MSCM forms, you represent that you have the rights needed to provide that information and that it does not violate third-party rights.

Third-party services

MSCM uses Wix and other service providers to operate authentication, content management, forms, contact management, hosting, email, analytics, and related infrastructure. Your use of MSCM is also subject to the functionality and availability of those services.

Links to third-party websites or tools are provided for convenience. MSCM is not responsible for third-party sites, services, or policies.

Disclaimer

The site and community services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. MSCM disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where applicable.

Community discussions, member contributions, and member examples may not reflect the views of MSCM or your employer.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MSCM and its organizers, contributors, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site, community services, events, or downloaded materials.

Changes and contact

MSCM may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, except where applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
